Faulty Goods

We are committed to providing the highest quality goods and services, but should you happen to receive a faulty print then you can easily return it within 14 days. Please contact our customer service team by using the ‘chat’ button or call us on 02089604567. Have your order number ready and a representative will take you through the process, which will be even simpler if you can provide a photo of the fault and a description of the issue in a chat or an email. This will help us easily identify and remedy the problem.

Faulty goods must be returned using a recorded delivery service such as Royal Mail Signed For or Special Delivery so that proof of delivery is provided. For small packages under 2 kilos we will happily send a return label if the delivery is within the UK.

Once your item is returned in its original state and unused, then Photo Blanket will remake the item for you or recommend a remedy. If the fault is only minor we may suggest another remedy for the item.

Please contact us prior to sending back your items, if you return an item prior to contacting us we cannot guarantee we will be able to look into the issue. As per EU law, the goods cannot be returned because they were made according to your specifications or were personalised by you. We may, at our discretion, look into other solutions.
 

Non-Faulty Goods

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of non-faulty goods as the products have been personalised and made to order just for you. 

Cancellations

  • Within 30 minutes: we wait 30 minutes after you place your order before we start making it. Within these 30 minutes, you are welcome to contact us if you wish to edit or if you change your mind. If you have any questions about your order or have any doubts about your design get in touch with our friendly customer service team who will be more than happy to help and can offer a full refund.
  • After 30 minutes: we handmake every product and personalise it to order, so as soon as we start production of your bespoke items, we have already invested into the ink, transfer paper, materials and the workforce time specifically for your order. This means that if you wish to cancel after 30 minutes of placing the order, a mandatory 20% charge will incur.
